Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs for returns that are not our fault.

European Union – 14-day cancellation period
Notwithstanding this, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with labels attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
