General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is aimed exclusively at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction options
The purchase contract is concluded with Brlozanovic & Sinemli Gbr.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in your shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping basket by clicking on the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge.
4.2 Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
We only deliver by post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Prepayment
If you select prepayment as your payment method, we will send you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
Credit card
You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
SEPA direct debit
By placing your order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date on which your account will be debited at least one banking day in advance (known as prenotification). A banking day is any working day except Saturdays, national public holidays and 24 and 31 December of each year.
PayPal, PayPal Express
In order to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (‘PayPal’), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. You will receive further information during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria additional payment methods in their customer accounts. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; additional payment methods offered individually affect your legal relationship with PayPal. Klarna is a payment service provider that allows you to make payments in a flexible manner, e.g. by instalment, purchase on account or instant transfer. The payment is processed directly by Klarna, and we do not receive any information about your payment methods or your Klarna account.
We offer our customers the option of making payments using the following payment methods: Apple Pay and Google Pay. By selecting one of these payment methods, you agree to the respective terms and conditions and privacy policy of Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay is a payment service provided by Apple Inc. that allows you to make payments using your Apple ID and linked payment methods. Payments are processed via Apple Pay, and we do not receive any information about your payment methods.
Google Pay
Google Pay is a payment service provided by Google LLC that allows you to make payments using your Google account and linked payment methods. Payments are processed by Google Pay, and we do not receive any information about your payment methods.
Please note that all payments via Apple Pay or Google Pay are processed by the respective providers. We do not have access to your payment information and are not responsible for any problems or disputes arising from the use of these payment services. 6. Warranty and guarantees

7. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
